- Quote form: the name, phone number, service and message you type are turned into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent to our website. We only receive it if you press send in WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: your number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your project, such as the site location and photos.
- Site visits and projects: details needed to inspect, quote for and carry out the work.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a site visit.
- To prepare quotes, carry out work and provide support afterwards.
- To keep records we are required to keep, such as invoices and tax records.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
